Navigating the Ever-Evolving Native Landscape of Android and iOS
 

 I spearheaded efforts to overcome the significant challenge posed by the continuous influx of new native options introduced by Android and iOS platforms. This endeavor demanded a meticulous focus on ensuring excellence in user experience across both software platforms, necessitating swift adaptation to device releases within tight timelines. Through close collaboration with developers and a dedicated producer, we navigated through various obstacles and worked collectively to deliver final products that met the dynamic demands of the market. This experience showcased my ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.

A Seamless Journey from Inception to Implementation in an Agile Framework
 

​I spearheaded an agile project from its inception, actively involved since day one. Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of designers during the conceptual phase, including extensive workshops with key stakeholders like Directors, System Analysts, Technical Management, and the Testing team, we aimed to craft the optimal member experience. Field marketing research was conducted to gain insights into member preferences and expectations, informing our design decisions. Translating research findings into actionable solutions, I generated sketches on whiteboards in partnership with project teams and crafted interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Photoshop and InVision to effectively communicate the envisioned experience. Addressing a notable challenge, I ensured the new USAA applications were fully responsive, adapting the user experience to different channels and screen sizes while maintaining a consistent codebase.

Comprehensive Involvement in the Complete Project Lifecycle
 

Played a pivotal role throughout the entire lifecycle of the BMW Moto Discount Page, spanning from initial wireframing to seamless implementation. Following the successful completion of designated UI/UX tasks, assumed full ownership of page development, leveraging state-of-the-art web technologies. Employed HTML, CSS styles, and Media Queries extensively to meticulously craft responsive web pages, ensuring seamless adaptation across various screen sizes and devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktops, all in alignment with precise business requirements. Engineered dynamic content loading via ERDC tables, diligently managing versioning and overseeing the change approval process through ServiceNow and rigorous release management protocols. Conducted thorough testing of ERDC tables in lower environments prior to their deployment into production, guaranteeing seamless propagation of changes without necessitating any code modifications. Demonstrated expertise in creating modal components, lists, and enhancing Navigation Bar functionality using JavaScript and jQuery. Leveraged Web Content Management (WCM) to meticulously manage a multitude of elements, encompassing versioning, templates, page sections, components, access management, HTML, CSS, images, and JavaScript code, thereby ensuring a cohesive and meticulously organized content management system

Revolutionizing the User Experience for Top 100 Executives in Partnership with TATA
 

In partnership with TATA, I spearheaded a revolutionary user experience tailored specifically for top 100 executives and business partners, enabling seamless interactions across diverse locations. This endeavor involved close collaboration with technical and business teams, starting from the ground up with wireframe creation and progressing to prototype development using tools like InVision. Through global, cross-functional collaboration with developers across various countries, we refined designs and components to meet evolving technical and business requirements. Despite high-pressure conditions, I ensured the successful delivery of a functional product poised to meet the exacting demands of CEOs from the world's top companies, who are set to utilize this application in the very near future.

Pioneering a Seamless Transition and Expansion into New Horizons

As the lead designer entrusted with enhancing and redesigning the virtual assistant experience, my role encompassed three main phases:
 

  1. I meticulously selected components customized to specific channels and business needs, creating comprehensive comps for Android and iOS platforms.

  2. I visualized user interactions through voice commands, enhancing user-friendliness with sketch representations.

  3. I designed clickable prototypes using InVision, crucial for stakeholder presentations, usability evaluation, and project advancement.
     

One significant challenge was transitioning the mobile virtual assistant to the web, reconciling various options such as call, chat, and email experiences. I also merged Help and Search functionalities seamlessly, involving collaborative sessions, sketching, comps, and prototype creation using Photoshop and Sketch. Retirement Planning Across Life Stages
 

The Online Retirement Center (ORC) is a purpose-driven application aimed at motivating and guiding individuals through the various life stages to create a comprehensive retirement plan. This ambitious project unfolded within an agile framework, collaboratively orchestrated by a dynamic team of designers and developers.
 

 A central focus of the project was to instill in younger members the importance of initiating a retirement plan at an early stage. In this capacity, I spearheaded the development of custom images, designed icons, crafted progress bars, and developed calculators, all designed to provide an immersive and effective user experience across web, mobile, and mobile web channels.
 

On my very first day with the team, I not only met but exceeded expectations by addressing a critical legal and compliance challenge. I conceptualized and created the core iconography that would define the project's visual identity, setting the stage for a successful journey.
 

 In the quest to convey and refine our design concepts, a series of clickable prototypes were meticulously constructed in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These prototypes served as invaluable reference points for stakeholders and played a pivotal role in our usability testing efforts, ensuring the project's alignment with user expectations and business goals.
